Variable Fee (risk free)
This option is risk-free for your organization as you will only be charged based on the additional bottom-line P&L cost-savings we achieve together.
We are convinced that we can sustainably improve your bottom line results tackling your Indirect Procurement Spend applying our best-in-class processes and methodology.
We charge a percentage of the incremental P&L productivity you achieve.

Hybrid (Variable and Fixed) Fee
Variable and Fixed Fee
The fee is a mix of the Variable Fee and the Fixed Fee scheme.
Fixed Fee
We agree upfront on the amount you will be charged. The fee is pre-agreed and can be fixed for a concrete project, for a defined training delivered or can be set on a time-basis.
Accordingly, the Fixed Fee scheme comprises 3 options:
a. we charge a fixed, pre-defined fee for a given project, training-program, etc. or
b. we charge a daily / hourly rate for the project management, consulting-services, training, etc. you book or
c. we mix option a. and b.
